MINIWIZ is developing several portable energy generating technologies including wind, hydro, kinetic generators, and solar batteries. MINIWIZ is currently pioneering a new wave of quick-charge battery technologies which will further improve HYmini’s power storage and delivery capabilities.

Company History
The story of HYmini project begins when Prof. Huang was still earning his master’s degree at Harvard, where he was fascinated by both the green movement and the business side of the design profession. The initial design was originally conceived in a business class at MIT where he saw the opportunity to promote green wireless lifestyle with a really functional and FUN digital product. With the founding of this new company, he and his colleagues applied-mathematics Prof Ling, business professional Tim Huang, electrical engineers, and manufacturing expert Justin Ko of Continental Electric Ltd have spent the last two years designing a sustainable energy generating and storage solution that will fulfill a real market demand. With the help of a highly creative and sophisticated R/D lab and suppliers in Taiwan, lead designers like Jo Liu and Jarvis Liu have designed everything from completely recycled packaging material to user friendly ergonomics. MINIWIZ collaborated with many international te chnical consultants and designers from Europe and US like the Process Design AG of Switzerland, Strong & Young Ltd, and ESP Design Ltd. With a strong focus on design and technological innovation, MINIWIZ is firmly committed to protecting the company’s intellectual property internationally. MINIWIZ is represented by an international team of lawyers, accountants, and PR professionals. Among them are global attorneys Jones Day International, accountants Nexia International of HK, and Public Relations firm ASC International Ltd of New York.

Founding Partner
Arthur Huang is a Cornell and Harvard trained architect/engineer with a special interest in sustainable design. Arthur won several distinguished awards throughout his architectural career and was trained by several well-known international architecture/product design firms. After teaching full-time at the renowned Tunghai University and part-time at the National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan, he was inspired to form MINIWIZ with other professors and industry professionals who share his drive for green education and innovation.
